LIGHTNING STAR SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

This Submission Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by Lightning Star
Engagement ("Company") and the individual or the organization
submitting this application ("submitting party"). By clicking submit,
the submitting party agrees to the terms outlined below:

Purpose

This Agreement ensures that any confidential or sensitive information shared during
the application process is protected and not misused. The Agreement also
prevents unfair competition while evaluating potential collaboration.

Confidential Information

Definition: Confidential information includes any proprietary, technical, or
business-related information shared by the Company, such as designs, plans,
ideas,  process or strategies.

Obligations:
The submitting party agrees to:

Keep all shared information private and secure

Not disclose, use, or share it with anyone else without written permission from the Company.

Use of Information

The Individual may only use confidential information for purposes directly related
to the application and potential collaboration with the Company.

Exceptions

The Individual is not responsible for maintaining confidentiality of information
that:

• Is already public.
• Becomes public through no fault of the Individual.
• Is legally disclosed by another party
• Required by Law

Non-Compete

The submitting party agrees not to develop or collaborate on similar products or businesses for 18 months, unless Lightning Star Engagement has expressed in writing that it will not pursue the partnership from the submission. This applies globally and ensures fairness during the application period.

Return of Information

Upon request, the company or the submitting party must return or delete all shared confidential materials.

General Provisions

No Guarantees: This Agreement does not guarantee a business relationship.

Legal Governance: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Duration: The obligations of confidentiality last for three (3) years from the date of submission, except for trade secrets, which are protected indefinitely.
